Terms Governing Your JalTool Purchase and Use

Acceptance and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to jaltool.com and all quotations, orders, payments, products and services supplied directly by JalTool.

By submitting an order, making payment, accepting a quotation or using a JalTool product, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions together with the applicable product description, quotation, order confirmation and website policies.

Where an order-specific written term conflicts with a general statement on the website, the latest written order confirmation issued by the official JalTool team will apply to that order.

JalTool Products and Package Descriptions

JalTool is an independent multi-brand diagnostic product intended for professional vehicle and equipment diagnosis.

Available packages may include:

1. Main Unit Only: the JalTool main unit without a full accessory set or laptop.
2. Main Unit and Accessories: the main unit with the confirmed cables, adapters and accessories.
3. Complete Laptop Package: the main unit, confirmed accessories and a prepared laptop.

The exact contents, quantities, cable set, laptop specification and included items are determined by the product page, quotation or order confirmation applicable to the purchase.

Product illustrations, diagrams and visual representations are provided for presentation purposes. Minor differences in appearance, packaging, laptop brand or accessory arrangement may occur without reducing the confirmed product functionality.

Buyer Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

When purchasing on behalf of a company, workshop, fleet, organization or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

JalTool products are intended primarily for professional, workshop and business use. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that purchase, importation and use are permitted in the relevant country.

JalTool may refuse or cancel an order where the customer cannot be verified, the transaction appears fraudulent, the destination is restricted or the order cannot lawfully or safely be supplied.

Prices, Quotations and Shipping-Inclusive Pricing

The current product price is the price shown on jaltool.com at the relevant time or the price confirmed in writing by the official JalTool team.

Where the website does not display a final price, or where a customer requires confirmation, the buyer should contact JalTool@outlook.com before making payment.

A cached page, third-party listing, old screenshot, expired message or quotation from an unauthorized person does not bind JalTool.

Shipping included in the confirmed price

Unless the quotation or order confirmation expressly states otherwise, the final price confirmed by JalTool includes the standard shipping charge to the delivery address provided and approved before payment.

The included shipping price is based on the destination, recipient details and delivery conditions disclosed before the order is confirmed.

Costs caused by an address change after confirmation, incorrect address information, failed delivery, repeated delivery, refused delivery, storage, special handling or additional services requested by the buyer may be charged separately.

Payment Methods and Payment Verification

JalTool may accept the following payment methods:

Available payment methods may depend on the customer’s country, order amount, payment provider and transaction risk assessment.

The buyer is responsible for entering accurate payment information and paying any bank, card, PayPal, intermediary, currency-conversion or transfer charges imposed on the buyer’s side.

JalTool may request reasonable identity, billing, transaction or business information before accepting a payment or dispatching an order.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

The buyer should contact JalTool first to resolve any delivery, product, return or payment issue. Fraudulent, duplicate or knowingly false chargebacks may result in suspension of support, recovery action and disclosure of relevant transaction evidence to the payment provider.

Order Submission, Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an online order, requesting an invoice or sending payment information is an offer to purchase. It does not require JalTool to accept the order.

A binding sales contract is formed when JalTool has:

1. Reviewed and accepted the order;
2. Confirmed receipt or authorization of payment; and
3. Issued an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.

JalTool may reject or cancel an order before dispatch where:

• The product or required configuration is unavailable;
• A price, description or technical error is identified;
• Payment cannot be authorized or verified;
• The shipping address is incomplete or unsupported;
• The order creates legal, customs or security concerns; or
• The customer does not provide requested confirmation.

If JalTool cancels an accepted paid order before dispatch, the amount received for the cancelled product will be refunded using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Buyer cancellation

A buyer wishing to cancel must contact JalTool immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed after product preparation, configuration, payment processing or transfer to the carrier has begun.

Vehicle Coverage and Function Compatibility

JalTool supports multiple commercial vehicle, agricultural, off-highway, material handling, marine and ground support applications, including compatible vehicles and systems produced in the 2026 model year.

Coverage for a particular vehicle or diagnostic function may depend on:

• Manufacturer and brand
• Model and production year
• Engine and transmission configuration
• Electronic control unit and software configuration
• Installed optional systems
• Connector, cable and communication protocol
• Regional vehicle specification

Where a specific vehicle, ECU or service procedure is important to the purchase decision, the buyer should provide complete vehicle information and request written confirmation before ordering.

General brand coverage, category coverage or 2026 model-year coverage does not mean that every vehicle, every configuration and every possible procedure is identical.

Shipping Origin, Preparation and Delivery

Current JalTool orders are prepared and dispatched from Vietnam unless the quotation or order confirmation states that another fulfillment location applies.

JalTool may establish or use overseas warehouses or regional fulfillment partners in the future. A warehouse should not be considered active for an order unless confirmed by JalTool in writing.

Shipping estimates are based on the information available when the order is confirmed. Delivery can be affected by:

• Product preparation and order verification
• Carrier schedules and capacity
• Destination and local delivery conditions
• Customs review and import procedures
• Public holidays, weather or transportation disruption
• Incorrect recipient or address information

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, an estimated dispatch or delivery date is an estimate rather than a fixed contractual deadline.

The buyer must provide a complete delivery address, recipient name, telephone number, email and any information reasonably required by the carrier or customs authority.

Available tracking information will normally be provided after dispatch.

Import Duties, VAT, Taxes and Customs Clearance

Although the confirmed product price includes shipping, it does not automatically include destination-country import duties, customs duties, VAT, sales tax, brokerage fees, clearance fees, storage charges or other government and local charges.

Unless JalTool expressly agrees otherwise in writing, these destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

The buyer is responsible for:

• Checking local import requirements before purchase;
• Providing accurate customs and recipient information;
• Responding promptly to customs or carrier requests;
• Paying applicable destination charges; and
• Obtaining any required business or import authorization.

JalTool may provide commercially reasonable shipping and customs documents but cannot guarantee the decision, processing time or fee assessment of a customs authority.

Delivery, Inspection, Risk and Title

The buyer should inspect the parcel promptly after delivery and retain the packaging while any damage or shortage claim is being reviewed.

Visible shipping damage, missing parcels or missing package contents should be reported to JalTool as soon as reasonably possible with:

• Order reference and tracking number
• Photographs of the outer package
• Photographs of shipping labels
• Photographs of the product and contents
• A clear description of the issue

Risk transfers to the buyer when the parcel is delivered to the confirmed address, accepted by the buyer or accepted by another person authorized or reasonably available at that address, subject to mandatory law.

Legal title to the product remains with JalTool until full cleared payment has been received.

A parcel shown as delivered by the carrier may require the buyer to cooperate with a carrier investigation before a replacement or refund decision is made.

Professional Use and Buyer Responsibilities

JalTool products should be used by persons with appropriate diagnostic, electrical and mechanical knowledge.

The buyer and user are responsible for:

• Following applicable safety and workshop procedures;
• Maintaining stable vehicle and computer power;
• Selecting the correct cable and connector;
• Verifying vehicle and ECU selection;
• Reviewing conditions before coding or calibration;
• Creating appropriate backups where available;
• Following manufacturer repair information;
• Stopping a procedure where unsafe conditions exist; and
• Complying with local laws and professional obligations.

The buyer must not force connectors, use incorrect voltage, modify wiring without appropriate knowledge or perform a procedure that could create an unsafe vehicle condition.

Diagnostic information should support professional judgment and should not be treated as a substitute for physical inspection, testing and qualified repair decisions.

Product License, Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The buyer receives the right to use the supplied JalTool product and activated configuration for legitimate diagnostic purposes. Ownership of the physical equipment does not transfer ownership of software, databases, interface designs, documentation, trademarks or other intellectual property.

Unless JalTool provides written permission, the buyer must not:

• Copy or distribute protected software or diagnostic data;
• Share activation files, credentials or restricted access;
• Reverse engineer, bypass or defeat technical protections;
• Modify serial numbers or product identifiers;
• Represent themselves as JalTool or an authorized agent;
• Use JalTool branding for unauthorized resale; or
• Use the product for unlawful access or manipulation.

JalTool is an independent product. Jaltest, Cojali and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement should be inferred unless expressly stated by the relevant rights holder.

Returns, Refunds and Order Changes

Eligible returns are governed by the JalTool Refund and Returns Policy .

A return request should normally be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery and must receive written authorization before the product is shipped back.

For a change-of-mind return, the buyer is normally responsible for return shipping, return customs costs, taxes and related charges.

A returned package will be inspected for damage, modification, serial-number consistency and missing products or accessories. Approved refunds are initiated within the period stated in the Refund and Returns Policy.

A return requested after 14 days requires separate written agreement with JalTool and is not automatically accepted.

Warranty, Technical Support and Remedies

Product warranty and repair rights are governed by the warranty terms supplied with the order and the published Warranty Policy when that page becomes available.

A warranty claim may require:

• Order and payment information
• Product and serial-number photographs
• Photos or video showing the problem
• Error messages and troubleshooting information
• Return of the affected product for inspection

Warranty coverage may be excluded for damage caused by impact, liquid, incorrect voltage, incorrect wiring, forced connectors, unauthorized repair, disassembly, modification, misuse or failure to follow reasonable instructions.

JalTool may choose an appropriate remedy, including troubleshooting, repair, replacement, supply of a replacement component or refund, subject to the applicable policy and mandatory law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JalTool is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including:

• Loss of profit or revenue
• Business interruption or workshop downtime
• Loss of contracts or business opportunities
• Loss of vehicle use
• Loss or corruption of data
• Third-party repair or recovery costs
• Damage caused by incorrect diagnosis or procedure
• Damage caused by misuse or unqualified operation

JalTool does not guarantee that diagnostic information alone will identify every mechanical, electrical or safety problem.

Where JalTool is legally liable and the liability cannot be excluded, JalTool’s total aggregate liability relating to an affected order will, to the extent permitted by law, not exceed the amount actually paid to JalTool for the affected product.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other liability that applicable law requires to remain.

Buyer indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the buyer agrees to compensate JalTool for reasonable losses, claims and expenses resulting from the buyer’s unlawful use, unauthorized redistribution, misrepresentation, customs violation, intellectual-property violation or unsafe modification of the product.

Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control

JalTool is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside its control, including:

• Natural disasters and severe weather
• War, civil unrest or government action
• Transport, port, airline or carrier disruption
• Customs delays, inspections or import restrictions
• Public-health emergencies
• Power, telecommunications or internet failure
• Supplier or component interruption
• Payment-system or banking disruption
• Cybersecurity incidents affecting third-party providers

JalTool may extend the affected performance period, use another reasonable delivery method or cancel and refund an unfulfilled part of an order where performance becomes impracticable.

Privacy and Electronic Communications

Personal information is handled according to the JalTool Privacy Policy .

By contacting JalTool, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree that JalTool may communicate with you electronically regarding:

• Quotations and compatibility checks
• Payment and transaction verification
• Order preparation and delivery
• Customs and recipient information
• Product installation and support
• Returns, warranty and disputes
• Security and legal notices

Electronic records, emails, payment confirmations and order confirmations may be retained as evidence of the transaction.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and direct JalTool sales are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without applying rules that would require the law of another jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Before starting formal proceedings, the buyer should contact JalTool@outlook.com and provide:

• The order reference
• A clear description of the dispute
• Supporting photographs or records
• The requested resolution

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through written negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts at the location of JalTool’s registered business in Vietnam, subject to any consumer jurisdiction right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

General Legal Terms

Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions, the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice, product description and referenced policies form the agreement relating to the order.

Severability

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

No waiver

A delay or failure by JalTool to enforce a right does not waive that right.

Assignment

The buyer may not transfer an order, contract right or obligation without JalTool’s written approval. JalTool may assign rights or obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, restructuring or fulfillment arrangement.

Language

The English version of these terms is the controlling version. Any translation is provided for convenience unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Revisions

JalTool may revise these terms for future website use and future orders. The version applying when an order is accepted will continue to govern that order together with its order-specific confirmation.
